Moving Announcement & Annual Patient Letter
Effective April 24, 2020, Aldershot One FHO will be moving from 501 Plains Rd E to 29 Plains Rd West. This will be the location of the after hours clinic as well as the daytime office for Dr Archibald and Dr Priestner. The office will be sharing space with the Pharmasave in this plaza (adjacent to the Tim Hortons). This was an unexpected but necessary move during a lot of ongoing change in the world around us in light of the ongoing pandemic. Please rest assured your health continues to be our first priority.
Our After-Hours Clinic will continue to operate for urgent care issues from 5-8 pm (last check in 7:30pm) on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays and on Saturdays from 9am-12pm (last check in at 11:30am).
Our daytime office hours will be 9am-4pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and 9am-12pm on Wednesdays and Fridays. During our daytime office hours, we do not answer phones from 12-1:30pm in order to allow our staff time for lunch.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are following all public health recommendations with respect to clinic operations. All non-essential appointments will be delayed by at least 3 months. We are available for virtual appointments, either by phone or video conference, during regular office hours for urgent and non-urgent issues and during the after-hours clinic for any urgent issues. Our answering machine is kept up to date with respect to clinic information. Please follow public health recommendations with respect to social distancing and self-quarantine and keep up to date by viewing their website here. For in person essential appointments, you will be screened before entering the office premises by phone from your car. Please do not enter the clinic without calling from your car first.
Our email account is for outgoing messages only to keep you informed and is NOT monitored. The account is NOT secure and NO personal information or medical inquiries should be sent to this address to ensure your privacy.
Dr Priestner and Dr Archibald continue to offer a block billing program as in past years, but email correspondence will replace our annual mail out. You may pay at the office or send a cheque to the office in the mail as desired. Fees will remain the same for the April 1, 2020 – March 31, 2021 year.
