Coronavirus Update # 9

Dear patients,

As of Friday April 30, the following two groups are eligible to book their COVID vaccination appointments at: www.halton.ca/COVIDvaccines .

• residents 16 and old living in Milton’s L9E postal code area

• all Indigenous people 16 years of age and over (including First Nations, Métis, and Inuit populations) who live in Halton

As of Monday May 3, Halton residents who are 50 years of age and older and cannot work from home can book at the above link as while. If you meet the age requirement you do not require a letter from your employer but you must verbally attest to working outside your home and provide proof of residence in Halton.

As before, Halton residents aged 40+ are eligible to book their vaccine through participating pharmacies and primary care offices. Our office is currently not providing COVID immunizations, however the pharmacy our office space is shared with dose have vaccination appointments. Please book through the link provided above.
